I don’t think the instructions are manageable for most people. I cant take a shower twice a day and leave the lather on my skin for 2-5 minutes before rinsing. And it really doesn’t lather very well. So it’s probably not going to do anything to help dark spots

Been using twice a day for about a week, i can tell a little bit of a difference. There is a bit of a learning curve with usage, as the water has to be hot to get any kind of lather. I thought that leaving it on for several minutes would be more of a pain than it actually is, its not a bit deal, and you can feel it working. On the whole, it seems like a legit product.
